  • Walking for Health (W4H) Bedfordshire Central Beds
    The scheme runs a range of led health walks throughout Central Bedfordshire. Walks range from 10 minutes to 90 minutes and are designed to introduce people to the benefits of regular moderate exercise.     Example Walks: Beginners Dunstable -A fairly flat walk along a surfaced pathway, lasting up to 45 minutes. Suitable for pushchairs.
    Beginners Houghton Regis – A short weekly walk from the town’s library, around the quieter parts of Houghton Regis.
    Intermediate Dunstable – A walk lasting up to 90 minutes on a variety of paths and bridleways with some inclines.
